General terms and conditions of sale n°201902, dated 1 February 2019.

By validating an order placed on the website, by means of a simple electronic click, the customer acknowledges that he accepts without reserve the present general terms and conditions of sale.

The website as well as the products sold on the online shop are owned by the company Helvetica Cross Partners Sàrl. By default, the company is defined here as "".

1 - Fields of application

1.1 - The site is intended for the sale of smoking products, for sale in Switzerland and the European Community.

1.2 - The site is subject to age restriction. In Switzerland, each canton is competent to determine the legal age to consume smoking products. By default, the minimum age to be able to access the pages of this site is 18 years old. 

1.3 - users are invited to validate their age on the site's home page, by answering " Yes " to the question " Are you at least 18 years old ".

2 - Ordering

2.1 - reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer for a legitimate reason, in accordance with the legislation in force, and in particular the non-respect of article 1.2 (above).

2.2 - The order is validated when the customer has ticked the box "I have read and accept the general terms and conditions" and when he has clicked on the "Order" button. The sale is then considered to be effective.

2.3 - When the order is validated, the customer receives a confirmation by e-mail to the address he or she has entered on his or her customer account. The order also appears in the "Customer area", under the "Orders" tab.

2.4 - Any cancellation of an order mistakenly placed on must be communicated within 24 hours after the validation of the order, to either by phone, email or via the Contact page.

3 - Prices

3.1 - The prices displayed are "by default" in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping costs.

3.2 - The selling price of a product is freely determined by, and may vary at any time, upwards or downwards. In all cases, the price invoiced to the customer will be the price in force at the time the order is validated.

3.3 - The prices indicated in euros (EUR) are prices converted from the "default" price (the "default price" is in Swiss francs (CHF), see article 3.1), and are therefore likely to vary. The prices indicated in euros are inclusive of all taxes (including VAT), but exclude participation in shipping costs.

3.4 - Delivery costs are those charged by Swiss Post, and vary according to Articles 5.1 and 5.2 (below). does not take any margin on the costs related to the delivery of orders.

4 - Means of payment

4.1 - The means of payment available are:

Bank transfer. Payment is made in advance: the order will not be processed until full payment has been credited to the seller's bank account. The information relating to payment by bank transfer (bank details) will be sent by e-mail to the buyer upon confirmation of the order. 

5 - Delivery

5.1 - Deliveries are made throughout Switzerland and Europe by post. The price depends on the delivery method chosen (priority or economy), the volume of the order and the geographical location of the delivery address.

5.2 - Delivery costs are added during the last stage of validation of the basket, and are calculated automatically according to the volume of the order.

6 - Order tracking

6.1 - Solis monitoring is not automatically provided to the client. The customer can make a tracking request to either by phone, email or via the Contact page.

7 - Product return / exchange / refund

7.1 - Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of your parcel.

7.2 - If the products delivered do not conform in kind to the order (incorrect reference), the customer must make his complaint to within 7 (seven) working days after the date of receipt, specifying :

the order number ;

the reference(s) and quantity of the product(s) ordered;

the reference(s) of the product(s) received;

the exact reason for the complaint.

7.3 - In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered to you.

7.4 - The customer may be held liable in the event of depreciation of the product.

8 - Legal guarantee

8.1 - Check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to rule out obvious defects in materials and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.

8.2 - The place of jurisdiction is Sion, in Valais, Switzerland.
